I have been really interested in bread making lately. I found this recipe for Chocolate Chip Braided Bread. The good news is that it was really pretty. Bad news is that it tasted bad. Oh well, I tried a new recipe. I will chuck that one and find a better one.

This post makes me want to bake cinnamon raisin bread! Have you ever read "Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day?" This book is revolutionary. You make the dough in big batches, so you can either store it in your fridge for a week or two or do a lot of baking and deliver yummy loaves to some friends! Love it. Must bake some bread.
